Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Timixar.com. We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. Please read the following Shipping Policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is received.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Orders placed by 8PM will be delivered the next business day. Overnight shipping is available for selected locations only.
- Local Pickup: If you choose local pickup, you can collect your order from our warehouse/store during business hours. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
3. Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: Ugshs.10,000 per order.
- Express Shipping: Ugshs.10,000 per order.
- Overnight Shipping: Ugshs.15000 per order.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over Ugshs.3,000,000.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to addresses within Kampala, Mukono, Wakiso and Entebbe. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
5. Delivery Issues
- Delayed or Lost Packages: If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at timizadesignfabrications@gmail.com so we can assist you in tracking your package.
- Wrong Address: Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at +256782682562 or timizadesignfabrications@gmail.com with photos of the damaged packaging and items. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Missing Items: If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
