Return Policy

At Timixar.com, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
  • Timeframe: You have 4 days from the date of purchase to return an item. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Process for Returns

  • Step 1: Contact us at timizadesignfabrications@gmail.com within 4 days of receiving your item to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  • Step 2: Once your return is approved, we will send you a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your item.
  • Step 3: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

3. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.
  • Partial Refunds: Only partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as when:
    • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • The return request is made after the 3 day return window.

4. Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at timizadesignfabrications@gmail.com with details of the defect or damage.
  • Exchange Process: Follow the same steps as outlined in the “Process for Returns” section to exchange an item.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If We Cover Shipping: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if covered by us) will be deducted from your refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
